Where do your products come from?
Our products are fulfilled through premium suppliers within India and international partners depending on the item. Every order is quality-assured before shipment.
Do you offer product warranties?
Some items come with brand or seller warranties. If applicable, it will be mentioned on the product page.

Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Yes, COD is available on most products and pin codes. In rare cases, COD may not be supported due to courier restrictions.

Do you ship across India?
Yes! We deliver to all locations across India.
What are your delivery times?
Standard delivery time is 5–10 business days depending on your location and the supplier’s warehouse. Some items may arrive sooner or slightly later based on courier availability.
Do you offer faster shipping?
Express shipping depends on the supplier and courier availability. If offered, you’ll see the option at checkout.
How much is shipping?
We offer free shipping on most orders. If a shipping fee applies, it will be shown during checkout.
Tracking & Updates
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an SMS/Email with a tracking link. You can check real-time updates directly through the courier’s website.
Why is my tracking ID not active yet?
Tracking becomes active only after the courier scans your package, which may take 24–48 hours.
Returns & Refunds
Do you offer returns?
Yes, we offer returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Please record an unboxing video as proof.
How many days do I have to request a return?
You can request a return within 7 days of delivery.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. Once the returned item is inspected and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
Do customers have to pay for return shipping?
If the item is defective or incorrect, return shipping is free.
For other cases, return shipping charges may apply depending on the situation.
